the poll is a a bit off; anyone would prefer a 997S to a 997 it would make no difference if the"s" had sc or not.
The poll should split those who think a 997 should be purchased with an"s" or not and those who think an "s" should be purchased with or without the "sc".
The "s" chip does wonders to the throttle response.
