BF951 is an unknown quantity at this point
My apologies, I am going to replace the HU with a Sony XAV-AX210SXM unit. Do you know if an aftermarket will function with both the high and low lever functioning at the same time or will one shut off if the other is in use?

Thanks again!

Not sure about the Sony unit but I suspect you can use the pre-out and the speaker level connections at the same time.

Any advice on what wiring harnesses to use to wire the HU to the car and the aftermarket amp to the factory speaker wires?

Spoke with Lou at Euro Motorsport. They don't have the harnesses or kits any longer. He did find a leftover that might be useful but I need to find the pin outs for the car's speaker and power harness that was used to connect to the BOSE amp. Anyone have this information?

Piling on to the thread but to ask what people are installing more recently. Starting to look at options for my 997.1 with Bose.
