Help with Potential Buy of 997.2

Need some help guys. I am looking for my first Porsche 911 and need some recommendations. I ran across a 2009 Carrera 4S with 28k miles and is in great shape. If I could buy it for $65k or $67k, is that a good buy? Car is a 2-owner car and is immaculate and has been garage kept. The car has absolutely no issues and drives great! Regular scheduled maintenance from the local Porsche dealership. Just need a little advice. I know prices are a little wonky right now and not sure if I should wait until the market settles out... I know this has a PDK and it being the first year, a little bit of a risk. Actually the entire car is a re-design so..... I know a manual is more desired by some and also brings a premium. I like both. Will this car at the price hold some value a few years down the road? Some duplicate info below but wanted to show you all the options. Thanks for the help.

I think low 60s might be the number for that car since it's a PDK, but the mileage is pretty low so maybe worth paying up to $65. Has the right options though with full leather, sport Chrono plus, etc. Would've been nice to have heated sport seats instead of regular ones, but you can change those if you end up disliking the standard seats - don't fit me well at all whereas the sport seats are amazing.

He is saying he won't take anything lower than $67k. Not sure what to do. I need a somewhat budget type car right now. COVID has been tough recovering in my profession. I had a 2019 Carrera 4S before COVID but had to sell. Just not sure if prices will come down. My perfect car is carmine red, black or tan interior, GTS or Turbo with a manual transmission. Lower miles always a plus. I know it will take some searching and good luck finding that for a fair price. Just thinking maybe buy this one for the time being until the market stabilizes so I can get my fix... Thoughts?

Im biased as a current 997.2 owner but $67k for a low mileage 997.2 PDK C4S coupe seems like a fair deal, certainly not a steal, but you’re not getting ripped off either. I’ve also been paying attention to the 997.2 market in my opinion the only depreciation you will see will be based on the mileage you put on the car, I don’t see much of a “correction” on cars like this. I would go for it

997.2 examples are tough to find right now. The price is fair for today's market. If though, you are tight on budget, remember, this is a luxury item. Decide if you can spend the cash before you emotionally commit.

I looked for a year and lost out during bidding on 3 cars before finding one out of state.

It is a tough car to find in a tough market.

Thanks for all the help guys. Ended up buying that 2009 4S for $65k. Super clean car and I am excited. Now ready to put some exhaust on the car. Way too quiet.....
