I went on a drive with some forum members over summer. Kevin034 (997S), DaleTu (996TT), Kunal (996TT), and Joe-ACC (997S). But I don't think these pictures were ever posted up??

997S 1: Evo V-Flow & GIAC (fully loaded minus Aero Kit).
997S 2: Evo V-Flow, GIAC, Fabspeed headers, Fabspeed exhaust, gutted cats (335whp), Rinspeed lip kit, Techart eyerings, Champion wheels, H&R springs, PCCB.

 

Looks like a good time. One day we will be saying "gas was cheap in those days".

 

Cool pic's, how did that silver car get mixed in with all the black ones?

 

Yah, gas prices were steep. But they were at an all time high at the end of summer, we were in an isolated area, and Oregon is full service. In Seattle now, prices for premium are mid-high $2's. Better, but not great. Either way, I agree when we look back later.

Well, the silver one does stick out like a sore thumb, but it has 600hp, so we let it tag along .

Oh man, I enjoyed driving your car so much. Thanks again for that, can't express it enough. And sorry for the clutch going up that hill in traffic. But I was so upset when I was stuck behind the wheel during those sweet twisties. I think everyone was upset with that, though!!! HAHA! But it's okay, we made up enough time chasing Kevin and Dale NB.
(And yes, the silver 996TT did lead the way, along with the stock 997!)

I actually sold my S2000 last weekend! But you can see it in the very first picture. Hehe, it's too ricey to post more pictures of it here.
I didn't drive along, but ran as co-pilot in both 997s. KPxguy was copilot in the 996s.
