I just bought the Agency Power headers & muffler for my 2005 Carrera for $1700.00 + s/h brand new...

I could care less if it drones, as there is no way in hell it is worse than my E46 M3 with headers and exhaust with no cats... Although then again, I am 29 and have a different tolerance level for certain things than older guys...

The welds look great and the parts have an overall great build quality. I will let you know how they fit when I get them put on...

Please keep us informed...I am one of the older guys (43) but I still love it loud. My E46 M3 had a similar setup but with the Supersprintg 100cpi race cats and it was still very loud...I loved it.

i'd do an awe or tubi on a cab... whatever drones on a coupe is only worse on a cab. Since you're in the bay area there are plenty of guys out there with said exhausts that you could listen to.

exhaust

I have heard awe and it sounds ok. Tubi sounds awesome but I dont think I am keeping the car for that much longer and dont want to drop alot of money. I was hoping to hear something good about a product that is not widely used in the market.

Hey guys! Actually the Agency Power stuff sells quite well. Compared to the competitors, the quality is a bit nicer, so is the price. The headers and exhaust are all 321 stainless steel that is polished. The headers of a unique collector for improved torque. All AP stuff is built and developed at our shop and dyno tested. All of our CNC stuff is made in the USA, but on the exhausts, for cost reasons, we do send our exhausts out to be made to keep the price down. As you can see by the other post on the site, the sound is very nice. The exhaust is proven and much quieter then the competitors with NO droning. At the same time, people have different tastes in sound and opinions based on past experience. I have personally run almost every companies exhausts including GHL, Fabspeed, B&B, SuperSprint, Jubily on my 996C2 and took alot of the performance and sound factors into the help in creating the Agency Power exhausts PERFECT tone. We have never had one complaint on the Agency Power product line, anyone that has brought up an issue, had been taken care of immediately to their satisfaction. We sell a TON of it to the 996 guys and the 997 customers are slowly rolling around. We also stand behind our product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or will get you a competitors system. Here is our latest sound clip and pics as we just installed one on a customers 997C2.

Droning is no good, but when the exhaust sounds so good, i think i would keep it (referring to Bypass Pipes not the AP)
