Ok, I am getting more and more confused with this whole situation. I have asked you repeatedly to find a way to contact myself or one of my technicians directly regarding your supercharger. I would try to contact you, but I have no contact info for you. Explaining your problems to this forum is not going to get your problem fixed. Why won't you contact someone here? I understand that there might be a language barrier, but you can type your problem in your language and then I can run it through a translator and we can get these issues figured out. It is like you don't want to have these issues worked out. I am confused.

Secondly, have you had your DME sent to us for the supercharger programming? I do not remember this even happening with you. Also, what name would your supercharger purchase be under? I am trying to research your purchase and I cannot find anything.

Also, if you are having codes come up, send over what they are and I guarantee you that we will be able to quickly diagnose the cause. 99% of codes that come up after the supercharger install are due to simple installation related issue. But once again that would require you to contact us here directly!

You say that you lost power, how do you know this? Did you dyno the car before and after or are you just basing it off of some other measure?

If you want help with this, then contact us directly. I don't care how you vent your frustrations about all of this but if you want your problem fixed you have to call us directly. I think that is fair and very obvious.

Once again, my contact info:

Alright, looks like I figured out why I am not receiving your emails. My spam blocker has been deleting them before they hit my inbox. I will respond to your emails this morning. I assure you that we will be able to get all of this worked out in a short amount of time. There is no need to remove everything before you find out what is causing your issues. I think that you should at least give us a chance to see what your codes and/or issues are before completely wasting all that time and money. That is just my opinion. We have these kits installed by a wide variety of different dealers all the time. It isn't the kit, it is something installation related. And it is something that we can fix.

I have been speaking with Paris through email this morning and it sounds like most of the problems are not install related. The rattling sound he is hearing is the blower unit making contact with the bottom of the engine compartment. All of our new kits have an updated bracket included that eliminates this issus. Paris' kit was purchased well before the bracket update. In terms of the car losing power, there are two things that I am thinking in regards to that. First, I know for a fact that the car does not have the ECU tuning specific to that supercharger. That is problem one. Secondly, Paris said that he drove the car for 100km with no problem and then all of a sudden the car lost power and threw check engine lights. To me that sounds like a boost leak or possibly some other component failing. Looks like he is set on putting his car back to stock so we are going to re-flash his ECU back to OEM. It is too bad, for as much time and money as he has invested all of these issues could be solved in one day.

All I can say is he doesn't seem too knowledgable about any of this. And why he couldn't just look up your website and call you guys when he first had problems is beyond me? He just puts on the supercharger without the software to go along with it and wonders why he has issues??

Whatever dude stick to stock cars from now on!

I think that he is going to go back to the Stage 4 that he initially had. He said that he really liked that.

the in 1st and 2nd gear you car hear and feel that vibration!!!! with the hood up!!!!! THAT´S NOT NORMAL!!!!!!
but all these are past troubles....my car is at my dealer beeint making STOCK! and my new 997S is on friday......
