Multi Control Steering Wheel

I have a Sport Steering Wheel on my car and thinking about buying the Multi Control to control the head unit. Would I be able to take it out and install the part? or Do I have to buy other parts and connect from the head unit? Do they all come pre wired to the steering wheel where It can be plug and play?

I have to admit...I am starting to regret having the multi function wheel (I have the thicker one)...try driving one that has it and make sure you really want to spend the money for it first.

I have the multi-function - to be honest don't use it, if I had to order all over again - I'd skip it. No where as functional as my Audi or Honda cars.

The multi-function wheel is the most often used option I have.
Not to mention the safety issue.
You can keep your eyes on the road instead of looking to find some little button on the console every time you want to change a radio station or scroll thru a CD list, or zoom in on the Nav.map etc.etc.

If I had not ordered it with the car , I would definitely get it retro-fitted.

As someone who doesn't have one, I wish I got it now. Just for the volume control alone...granted it's not the most intuitive of multi-function wheels, but it is better than not having it.
