Fingers Crossed-Springs going on this morn.

Mannn, I need some assurance from you fellas... I know the whole debate about springs vs coilovers but that is not what I am worried about right now..
For all those who have the front-Gt3 conversion on how the heck do you get around. I mean the biggest problem obviously is approach angles of some entrances-ie-Publix or shopping centers.
I am just plain scared right now.. I want to rid the wheel gap from the car but I dont want the front to be lower.. I will keep the stock springs and try it out for a month or so to see what happens. I already took a chunk out the front lip because I was rushed into a entrance someone behind me was trying to jump traffic and I did not want to cause a accident.
Synergy and a few others have their car lowered and I need some help on the worry side of things.

Anyways, I know it will look mean as hell and look a lot better just being a worry bug here till i pick her up latter today.

Warren

Definitely post some pics and your impressions.

How much are you paying for the install (if you don't mind )

Thanks in advance!

Install prices have been all around the place. Porsche charges around $900 for labor to do it. A couple porsche shops around(not authorized porsche dealers) say roughly 500-800-the higher amount would be with alignment.
I am paying roughly 300-400 today. The price is being debated since his porsche guy is cooming later. My opinion it will be $400 to do it-obviously its never the lesser number. But that is still a good deal considering the prices that I got around here.
I still have to get it alligned at porsche for roughly $229 plus tax for 2 hours labor.

Update!****

Well my car is officially stuck at the shop. I got the wrong springs sent to me so right now the car is in pieces and awaiting the correct suspension to be sent overnight to them.

The only situation is instead of H&R's I am now getting Eibachs instead because H&R's right now are too find and thats all they had left....

So i think Eibachs are not as low anyways so that might be benificial to me in the long run as I am already worried about the front car with the Gt3 bumper...

You definitely have to be careful with the GT3 front and springs but it is well worth it. I end up spraying the lower lip once a week with something I got from a body shop. It's really the only way to go if you end up putting on new wheels. GL & enjoy.

Second one is another 6speeders...........beautiful.
