The Heart of a Snake....

In something like this is not something you see everyday. Actually, this has never been done before, first Viper motor to be used in a Class 1 car. The car was taken out testing, and said to have done 135mph over terrain you would have trouble hiking over. A word from the co driver, "There are sections that look like someone buried Volkswagens, bumps 4-5 feet tall and we were up on top at full speed." Car will do well over 145 on the pavement. This is what 500k will buy you gentlemen......

What modifications have been done to make the power?

Everything. Stryker heads, I'm sure a custom cam, probably a bit higher compression, motec, drysump, etc.

Stock block, stock intake manifold, and looks like stock throttle body, probably a stock crank. But my guess is thats about where it ends.

Honestly not wild HP for an N/A Viper, but one that will run wide open for 1k miles through the desert needs to be taken on differently than a 1/4 mile car. Quite a few N/A cars have put that power to the wheels with less mods, so this is for sure a mild build. Heck they didn't even break 6k rpm.
