I dig the CTSs in general, the *** end of the V coupe looks a little pushed in but I like the center exhaust

I had a first gen V, it was a great car minus the diff issues

I honestly think this is a car that will look much better in person, as does the Panamera which looks horrendous in photos. The greenhouse on this car is really tucked down and the windshield is raked quite a bit more than the sedan. Me personally give me the sedan , one of the worlds best 4 doors. LSA engine for shove and a back seat for the kiddo! If I was going to do a 2 door then I would get a Vette instead and save the extra 700 lbs.

This is my next purchase after my corvette is paid off this year. They only thing that will stop me is if hte dealerships pull their $30K mark up bull**** again.

Not bad I think as someone else said seeing it in person may change some of the negative opinions.

What "electrical/mechanical" problems do they have? None that I have ever read about....

search the V forums and you will find countless TSB's and problems with the new CTS-V. Typical GM product, massive hp, horrible quality!

Wow the IS-F guys are mad that the V is so much faster and better looking than the IS-F.

Yep, and we're jealous of not spending hours in the Cady service department waiting room every weekend. I guess this is the line of thought when HP is all you care about when dropping 70k on a car!

....just sayin, I still like the V, it's a monster!

Guess your not aware that Toyota has had the most recalls this past year of any car maker EVER?

All pretty minor things if you ask me....and no "mechanical" ones like you said.

Look I'm not here to flame, but the toyota recall was huge because Toyota is the biggest and sells the most cars so let's not get carried away with syntax and fuzzy mathmatics. You can't possibly compare the quality of a bankrupt automaker to the biggest in the world so let's just end that arguement once and for all.

And I don't know what your definition of "mechanical" issues is, but I would consider a TSB for having to replace the factory supercharger a "mechanical" issue.........wouldn't you?

-just saying
