Every car should be like the Viper Competition Coup and require an SCCA License in oder to purchase the car. Granted the Viper CC was not street legal and was only a track car, the principle should be the same.
I just hope that the person driving this was a skilled driver and the car just got a little out of hand, and not some guy with more money than brains and floored it mid-turn.
