New world record for a 997TT in the mile.
Todd Z just ran his EVT850 997TT (Which previously ran a 190 as an EVT700) at a 196.7 in one of his first passes. Their head Tech John Bray is there tweaking this and the other record holder Joetwint's 996TT GTXXX that just went 221.3 in it's first pass.
Stay tuned for updates from when they hit 200 with it.

They put Joe's 996TT (Which now holds the mile world record for a Porsche at 231.) and will be focusing on the EVT850 for the rest of the weekend. Keep checking this thread for updates. They are cranking up the boost as we speak.
