Whats up guys. After selling my 600whp C5Z about 6 months ago, I've been itching to get into a C6Z. The timing wasn't right however and as I saved up over the past few months my search began. I was specific on what I wanted... an 06-07 Black 2LZ Z06 with under 15k miles for mid 40's.

I found a screaming deal in vegas for an 06 with 9k miles for 41... but the seller backed out. Discouraged, i kept searching. I came across an 08 black on black 2LZ Z06 with 20k miles about an hour south of me. He was asking 48k.. a little over my price range, but i checked out the car and it was flawless. Looked, felt, and smelled brand new. The owner was super friendly. Long story short, we made a deal for 46k and I picked her up yesterday. Also, the 5 year warranty until 2013 will keep me from modding too much

I'm ecstatic. I've been having vette withdrawls for the past few months but its all worth it now. The car is just so smooth and refined, compared to my raw C5 Z06. I'm very happy.

thanks guys. its silent compared to my longtubes/no cats/bullets C5Z. But I like it. Not gonna throw too much money at it for a while. Just tint it in the next week or so, smoke the lights, then see if I can swap someone my chrome wheels for a powdercoated black set.

Sounds like a plan man. Congrats. I'd get a predator programmer, and call it a day if your not gonna mod for a while. That way you could reflash it back to stock everytime you brought it back to the dealership if your worried about warranty.

Have fun with it. Black wheels. Lowered on stock bolts,...pull the exhaust fuse,...enjoy your ride.
