Got a killer deal on a 03 Cobra SVT Convert, Yeah I didnt want the vert but it was there with low low kms.

I am looking to fix the stance first. I would like to start off with suspension and wheels/tires.

Any recommendations to which is the best way to lower the car, Coilovers? Which brand is best on these cars?

Anyone know what the offsets I should be looking for if I decide on a 11" rear and 9" front? I would like it to be near flush but not poking.

Any info is much appreciated.

HR Supersports is you want it slammed, HR Race springs if you want a slightly higher, better performing ride. Make sure to check your alignment afterwards, some cars will require CC plates, others won't.

Most of the bigger manufacturers will know the proper offsets. Generally the widest you want to go is a 11" rear and a 9.5" front.

Congrats! I had an 04 Cobra Vert. Wish I would have kept it!!

 

H&R race springs and koni shocks are a great combo to lower the car. If you want coilovers, go to maximum motorsports.
