Shark Werks Exhaust installed on an almost new 997.2 Turbo

This basalt black beauty 997 Twin Turbo came into us for an afternoon snack. To get things started for this local car we installed the Shark Werks exhaust system to give it a much improved sound over the stock vacuum cleaner sound track.

In she goes along with a few other cars:

Up she goes:

Here in lies the restrictive and quiet problem- the factory exhaust:

Off comes the rear bumper cover, lights and heat shields:

Off with the intercoolers:

On goes the lighter and freer-flowing SharkWerks exhaust gives the car better sound, reduced lag and even a bit less weight:

It fits the factory exhaust tips and stock cats to ensure no check engine lights:

And ready to go home:

And a video of the new sound track:

Thanks to Alex from Sharwerks; I have the best sounding turbo in the whole of the UK Its a pain to take out the exhaust even though mine is an 11 plate. The bolts and nuts are all so rusted, and one recommended advice; get yourself a brand new set of clamps (part number 23 I think) and a new set of gaskets (part number 7 I think) from your dealership before you even attempt to install the new exhaust.

You know how it goes in London; when it gets cold they salt the roads for about a month off and on, and the culmination with the rain; thats a potion for rust
