If you don't care, I'd go with the '12 (for numerous reasons).

Which transmission on the 911T?

I don like cab so i would go with the GTR.

If both where coupe id go with the porsche turbo. no doubt!

after driving both, if the 997 turbo was a manual and a coupe then thats what i would go with, but since its a cab vs gtr, id go gtr... im just not a fan of any soft top cabs....

If the turbo is a manual, then the turbo. If its a tip, the gtr is the better car. Unless the convertible really sways you.

Drop top! Of course I'm biased but love it ! After having coupes no way would I have a coupe unless it was a track car only! Just sexy as hell!

Either car is a good choice. If you are looking for raw performance numbers, then the GTR

I've been loving my cab. Makes ordinary street driving a lot more enjoyable IMO. It's probably not as fast but I don't really care.

If you're wanting a convertible the 997tt is about as good as you can get! And soft top means it doesn't weigh over 4000lbs like an M3...

I have a 997.1 c2s, manual. love it!
next will be a turbo cab

I would go with the GTR! I'm not a fan of cabs
