Today I have pretty stock 997.2 turbo pdk with ipd and decat exhaust and cobb stage 2+ software
1/4 Times are 10.8-11.1sec on a closed road (not drag strip) on Michelin cup2
My aim is to go 9.3-9.6 on a road
So what should I go for?

9.3 to 9.6 on a road? You would most likely need to build your motor, PDK, and fuel system.
Where are you located? My 997.2 TT went 10.9 stock with a full tank of gas, 8k mile street tires at full pressure on an 85 degree day at the track. I wasn't planning on running nor trying to set any records and just made 2 passes because I was in the area and had an hour to kill
What was your mph? You should be much quicker with your mods and tires.
You could always switch platforms buy an AMS Ronin.

Wow- that is STRONG trap speed for your mods.
I have the GIAC stage 2 tune in it now but I haven't had time to go back to see what it will do now.

No one has been there in a 997.2. But we are all just waiting for someone to take the plunge. To do that kind of ET, you will need a built PDK transmission capable of handling 800 HP at the wheels. BBi Autosport has already built one and are in process of locating a test car. You will also need upgraded 68mm turbos (to get 800 wheel), catless exhaust, intercoolers, IPD plenum and Y pipe. Regarding the fuel system, I don't think there has been one made yet (unfortunately) but it doesn't mean that you couldn't "patch" one together using a properly set up methanol injection system operating through a standalone controller. I would estimate all that would cost quite a bit...maybe $40,000 USD.
If you would rather spend $10,000 USD or less, Champion has been in the 9's (9.83 @ 135mph) with the 997.2 with their Stage 2 package (GIAC tune, Champion Intercoolers, Champion or equivalent exhaust and IPD plenum) + rear drag radials...which is a small investment to go that quick. But you will also need a nicely prepped track and relatively low density altitude to achieve a 9 second pass.
I was always assuming someone from Russia doing the Moscow Unlim event would be the first to build a 997.2.

I think the biggest issue most of the fast guys are having is just traction. What were your 60 fts when you ran did you get any data?
Your trap speed is great for pump gas and minimal mods just need to get the car to put the power down. Past that it is going to be a big undertaking as everyone has said.
