I understand the need to disguise a car before it's officially released, but is covering the Porsche badge really going to accomplish anything?

"Oh, I don't know what kind of car it is. I can't see the badge"

part of the Porsche marketing plan. why would u think there's suddenly fresh pics came out of no where & they look better day after day. the covered logo is just for the upcoming Geneva introduction.

Looks pretty good there. But I am still keeping my car. If they do those sick air intakes I will make a move.
I also think that alot of the 01-04 TT owners should think hard before you do.It is not much different(Overall) from the current turbo.
And another thing, At 460 Hp, that dont exite me at all!!

Cmon Porsche, you can do better than that! Everything about the car is really JUST mediocre. The looks are pretty bland and the horsepower is embarrassing. Guess we'll just have to wait to see the final product.

Looks too much like the 996, too bland. They needed more 993 DNA and less 996.

well, IMO; The shape is the shape.. What has me mad is the fact that they are keeping that air intake almost the same.
I am sure it wil be a hot item at the local dealership, but IMO, I think it will NEVER have the spark they are hoping for..

No comments on the wheels so far. Are they the ones that will go on the production car or is it just more camo? If these are the wheels, am I the only one that think they're hideous?
-Peter

Ps the more I look at the car the less I'm liking it. Very disappointing so far.

Pps Just drove alongside a rosso corsa f 430 cp 20 min ago. First time I saw that car I never needed any getting used to time.

Common for Porsche to put mule wheels on mules....at least in the past they were not production wheels. Who knows?

Not bad though, but surely there's better out there.

Golly......I'm still finding things I don't like about this car
Even that rear wing is poorly proportioned......it appears to be stilted, definately higher over the right & left rear fender line....along with being wider.
