Installing new spring on my 997.1

Looking for a good DYI in installing lower springs for my 997.1. Any hints?

Agreed. Pretty tight tolerances. Some folks remove the hub. I Had to loosen my front axle to clear my fenders..

For the rears, not as challenging but several steps needs to take place before getting to your shock mount bolts.

I didn't think it was too bad. The bigger pain was getting the top nut off the shocks with the PASM wires coming out of it. I am no professional mechanic, but I have however done Springs/shocks on just about every car I've owned.

X...

I spent about $900.00 for H&R springs + installation/labor when I first got my car. Now I have KW V3 and the installation cost for that is around $750.00.
