I tried this service to unlock a razr awhile back and it did not work nor did they refund my money. Buyer beware.

I do have a blackberry pearl and it is a nice phone.

 

My apologies if I misled someone then. I was considering getting a Pearl and researched for a bit and read many positive reviews from these people (albeit for other model phones, including Razr). Sorry to hear about your misfortune, I was merely trying to pass along something I found that may help others who are considering unlocking phones.

 

For what it's worth I bought a tmobile Pearl about 3 months ago.....had a online service unlock it so I could use it with my Cingular sim card......it worked .....but only for phone calls and text....couldn't go online or send photos or receive them.....sucked....ended up changing to tmobile but that's cause cingular pissed me off on another issue....
