Color choice?

Ok, yes I know it's always very subjective, but in a planned new DBS, what are your thoughts re exterior color choice. Onyx black or tungsten? Interiors are both obsidian. Only other material difference is the onyx car has the darker (smoke-type) wheels.
Currently have a tungsten Vantage and I appreciate the ease of care. Black, on the other hand, is always difficult, but so very beautiful when clean and shined.
Thoughts?

imo black with smoke type wheel is best looking dbs but if you use the car for daily drive tungsten would be a better choice as it is easier to keep and it hides fine scratches better than black

Black is always a good 'neutral' choice and silvers/grays are easy to keep clean and also a neutral choice. But c'mon! One of the great things about AM is the ability to have something different. You pay for a bespoke car, but then choose something quite ordinary. Seems like a waste to me.

Go for something that every time you see the car in your garage you want to look at it and touch it. Something that will make others take notice. How about this?

XJRS - saw a very similar (if not the same) color combo a few years ago in Virginia wine country on a Vanq. - even better "in person". My future choice ....

Morning Frost with Havana Brown interior and white contrast stitching
Or QOS with same interior and black stitching

There you've got yourself a one of a kind DBS

IMO the darker colors lose the detail lines and tend to hide some of the features of the car, whereas lighter colors show off each line and detail these cars have to offer.

I agree with noladb9. Plus black is not a color, it is a hobby.

You could go in-between with something like Meteorite Silver. It looked stunning and was a close second choice to the Tungsten.

I agree, Jay. Actually, Meteorite Silver was my first choice but when I saw the Tungsten Silver pull up, I had to get it.

The bottom line is that if you plan on using the car as a daily driver, you should definitely consider an in between color. Otherwise, you'll be spending a whole lot of time keep the car looking clean - IMHO.
