Yes, you can find pre-2009 cars with CF facia. The only thing that matters as far as fit are 1) is it Sport Shift; 2) does it have nav; and 3) does the car use an ECU or standard starter button. As long as the parameters match, it will fit on the car.

Removing center upper panel WITH NAV
Thanks Karl again for all the details. I realize this is an older post but it was missing details relevant to removing an upper center panel with the nav screen attached.
Per Karl's process using plastic tools (and taping adjacent areas) I used a plastic flat panel pry tool on the horizontal edges where the panel meets the radio face. I little courage and light force popped the panel bottom up.
This is where it gets interesting... the nav door is attached to the nav screen with two little plastic pins at the top corner of the screen. Carefully pry those outward to disengage the nav screen from the cover panel.... THEN pull the panel up higher to disengage the two clips near the windshield.
Putting it back together also was somewhat a question mark... I tried reassembly with the nav screen up. Didn't work. You want the nav screen down, and then simply put the panel with the cover also down... over the 4 retaining clips.. gently pop half way in the forward two clips, then the rear two clips half way... THEN pop the clips back into the nav screen outer edges. It actually self centers and with light pressure the nav screen lid snaps 'over' the top corners of the nav screen.
Its definitely a more challenging in stall with the nav screen... But not that bad when you figure it out.
Hope this helps the next guy reading the thread!

I had my wooden door caps and ski slope wrapped in high gloss black with a clear gloss laminate done for under $200.00 it looked fantastic and protected the original parts without replacing them. If you like the look you could always order factory replacements from Aston Martin bits and have them shipped. But having them wrapped is a cost effective way of achieving the look you want at a fraction of the cost and is totally reversible. Something to consider...

I just ordered a walnut fascia to replace my piano black (personal preference I guess). On a hunch since I knew they had good prices, I emailed AstonMartinBits with the part number and their price was way better than what I found anywhere else. They ordered direct from the factory and with shipping to USA it was 527 gbp = 763 usd.
Mine is WITH nav, for a manual for a '14 so its the 09MY+ version.
I will be selling the piano black one soon in case there's interest.
