V12 Vantage Wheels for 2006 V8 Vantage
Hey guys,
Just picked up a set of OEM V12 vantage rims (tires included) on the internet and had a couple questions as i know Zero about offsets, rims, and such. I would greatly appreciate some guidance...
I currently have stock OEM rims for my 2006 V8 Vantage. The dimensions are
FRONT: 19x8.5 offset 46mm, bolt pattern 5-114
REAR: 19X9.5 offset 59mm, bolt pattern 5-114
The OEM V12 Vantage Wheels are as follows
FRONT: 19x9 offset 51, bolt pattern 5-114
REAR: 19x11 offset 68, bolt pattern 5-114
The V12 wheels come with 255/35/19 (front) and
295/30/19 (rears) tires
Could I simply plug those new wheels/tires after removing my stock V8 7 spokes? Are these the optimal tire sizes for our cars running 19x9, 19x11 rims?
Would I need spacers?
Thanks....

The V12 Vantage has special more compact dual rate springs which allow fitment of the much wider tires/wheels, there would be issues if you fitted them to a standard V8 - although it may be possible with modifications - best talk to your local dealer.

Hi Chirag, hope you are aok
Fitting oversized wheels/tyre sizes on an Aston does affect the handling and balance (+ Speedo, DSC settings etc) and may cause tyre fouling issues inside the arches. They are after-all finely balanced sports cars and while big wheels and tyres look great they will affect the cars dynamics.
I appreciate that many ignore this to enjoy the new look, so it is all down to personal choice.
If the OP wants wider tyres and new wheels, the V8S set will certainly fit ok.

The wheels were just shipped today so I will post pix as soon as I have them mounted.
I priced out the included tires on tire rack and was surprised to find that they are worth $2400 alone. They are the pirelli pzero corsas.
thanks for the help!
