That car's been on the market for a couple of months. First price I saw it advertised for was $105K. Looks to be nicely optioned and in good shape (or really good photography). Says it has front parking sensors but I don't see them and don't think they were available in '05. Check the specs.
I bought a 2006 DB9 Touchtronic in September (Tungsten, onyx, piano black), 17,000 kilometers. Listed price was a touch higher than the one you're looking at, but I think I did well on my trade.
I've never regretted it for one minute. It's an epic car. I drive it every day (but not in the recent snow). And I smile every time.
MCL gave me great service with my XK8, and I'm just as happy with their Aston service.

Go look and then drive it. And check the service history. Don't know what you're driving now, but if it's meant for you you'll know. Truly power, beauty, soul. I shopped for a used Vantage for 2+ years but when I saw, and drove, my DB9 there was no doubt in my mind. They're pretty sturdy & reliable (some small quirks if not driven enough) and the service cost are highish, but not Ferrari high.
Hard to argue with a car at less than half the price of new with way more than half its usable life left. Also hard to tell it from new except for those really in the know.
AMOC has some good information about used DB9s & what to look for.

It's beautiful. Offer $79K and see if he counters. Make your offer contingent upon a full vehicle inspection (to your satisfaction) by an authorized AM dealer. Clarkson did a review of this car when it first came out... he said it was perfect.
