How much is a 97 DB7 with a blown engine worth? We live in Northern NM and there is no market for these types of cars, and we do not have the resources to fix ours right now. We are looking to sell it as it, but have no idea where to start. Any suggestions?

The problem with a non running car is there are so many unknowns. The buyer has to take your word that the transmission, AC, and electronics are good so there is a big risk involved when buying a car like this. What caused the engine to blow? Sounds like it was driven hard! As you know parts for these cars are insanely priced. I have seen good running DB7's for sale in the 25k range so I think it would be hard to get 10k for yours in AS-IS condition. You can always start high and see where it goesbut I bet you will be sitting on it for a while. Good Luck with it!

What happened to the motor?

Unfortunately, the cost to repair (not taking into consideration possible issues besides the engine) might very well exceed the value of a car w/o stated issues.
