V8 Vantage Roadster interior help

Trying to decide between obsidian black with white stitching or sahara tan. V8V Roadster with Tungsten silver exterior. Thoughts? Will the black interior get hot on the sun? Will the Sahara wear okay? This is a 2012 or 2013. Thanks!

If it's a roadster you need to think about reflections as well
I found the lighter leathers reflect on the screen with the roof down
But black retains the heat a lot more
I went black as we don't have a heat problem in the UK

You will bake with a black interior.

I have a silver vert w/ black interior and I live in TX and it's just fine. Just go with what you want more as the 'problems' aren't large enough to be a deciding factor imo

Thanks for all the replies. Aston502, do you have trouble keeping the interior clean? I tend to like both the Sahara and Obsidian for different purposes. The Sahara has a Sahara carpet in the floor but I should be able to keep it clean.

One car is brand new, the other I'm considering is a slightly worn dealer demo. Not sure if that concerns me or not.

I have a tungsten roadster with two tone interior. The seats and panels are Sahara tan and the dash, carpets, center console and humps behind seats are phantom grey. Best of both worlds, no reflections and the seat is not as hot when top is in down. I am in TX as well.

I have a spot on the door above the armrest. I suppose this is due to perspiration and long term contact. Other than that it holds up pretty well.

I also looked at a two tone - phantom grey over obsidian black. Rather nice. That deal fell through. I intend to make my decision in the next day or so.

IMO, both interiors are nice, but new car beats demo -- you never know how it was treated, but one can suspect...
