Test drive one explain the issue to the dealer and go and try it!
Worked for me.
They are actually pretty good for clearance, it is the plastic air flow disrupters in front of the front wheels that scrap first.

this. if you look in front of the front tires, you'll see black plastic pieces that hang down. they'll scrape on plenty of stuff, but it's nothing to worry about. they scraped every single time on my driveway in GA. just be careful and don't worry about that.

you might have an issue with the nose itself. but as long as the car isn't lowered, you should be fine. mine's lowered and i've been surprised at what i've gotten away with.

if you scrape in the middle of the car, that's a different story.

I have an E92 335i, and that clears mostly anything compared to my Aston Martin Vantage. I can make it over big speed bumps too, but if you have a passenger you might have to have them get out before going over a large one. And I'm assuming since you scrape in the middle entering a garage which goes underground? The sharpest garage I have been in was this hotel garage which was VERY steep, and I did not scrape at all, just took it slow, and turned into the drops. Hope this helps.

Use the lowest vehicle you own or find a buddy with the lowest vehicle, do the approach at an angle and check for clearances. The Aston is not the lowest of exotics/supercars... you should be fine in most instances.

that would scare the **** out of me if it scraped in the middle.....yikes! I know what you mean though....i have a 997TT and I have to take everything at a dramatic angel, well that and replace the wonderful ($200) plastic front spoiler ever few years. This is the reason I don't buy the $1200 carbon one

I would talk with the HOA and see if they would be ok with pouring concrete to make the entry less severe, or possibly just putting some 2x4s along the dip to do the same thing.

Use wood, My townhome in the city was brand new and my garage wasn't level graded w the outer pavement until the road was formally leveled and black topped/paved, in the interim I used a few well placed wooden planks and sorted things out just right.

Mikey, 8 grand is way too much for that front cf lip, take it off, have a mold made and have a composites shop lay wet carbon on it then vacuum seal the part...it'll have ya sorted out for beans compared to that 8 grand ya spendin if somethin happens to the front lip there.

Approaching from an angle also helps.
