I had similar problem with my 05 DB9. It turns out one of the lines from the compressor had a hole and everything leaked away. Apparently it is a common issue on these cars. Luckily mine was under warranty so it was replaced under warranty. I was told it'll cost about $2k if I have to pay for it. I've also read somewhere about just welding the hole??? I may be wrong.

if there's a hole in the line, there's no way you should have to pay $2k. that's absurd!! if that's really the case, just weld the hole and recharge the system. very cheap to do.

What i mean is when i drive my car for 1 hour the AC in the driver side get warm , if i accelerate the AC disconnect , i took it to the dealer and they told me that is normal when you accelerate the AC will disconnect so the engine can reach to a high performance !! Is there any way to make the AC work all the time ?
