Life changing event

So i recently had a "wake up" call..had my 911's loved them, but always had my heart set on an Aston, so it's time to take the plunge. Looking for a 06-07 vantage stick, but am having trouble finding what the value of the car should be. I know there is no real way to find out how much Aston dealer pay for there cars, but is there some price guideline that I can go by?.

Any input about these models would be very appreciated

Thanks again
Peter

Good luck on your hunt..... I used many resources to find the right Vantage.... DuPont Registry, Cars.com (which I found much better than Autotrader or Globalsports websites) and local dealers. You can always use NADA value but I'm not sure how good of a benchmark that may be for these type of cars. You can get a feel for what the dealers are asking and negotiate from there...It took me about 6 months to find the right one with all the options I wanted and the right price.... Keep us updated

Peter:I own an 07 Vantage which I believe has a wholesale value of $55K & a retail value of $65K. So a good deal would be in the. $60K range. Just my 2cents.

Oh... One last thought. I recently did an AMOC time trial event at Lime Rock & the V12's really didn't pull away from me on the straight like I thought they would. I encountered a bad driver who held me up on the turns only to be frustrated on the straights cause "he" didn't let me pass.

Even with the smaller 4.3 the car with 200 cell cats performed like a champ!

Peter, I was on the hunt for my Vantage a little over 6 months, I searched every dealer from San Diego to San Francisco until I found what I was looking (stratus white with low miles) I made an offer on it for 7 grand under the dealers asking price and after a bit of haggling I got it. There are deals out there and I'm sure you'll find the perfect Aston. Good luck and keep us posted

Peter, I got a great source for you. Contact Adam @ Los Gatos Luxury. I know that's a nor cal dealership, but he has a few 07 in stick shifts. Honest pple.

I sourced a long time for the right color combo and stick shift. And LGLux finally found something I wanted.
