Turns out we made a few errors on the initial fabrication. Had to make a few modifications to make them fit, but I think they came out pretty nicely.....

Quote: Our regular pricing is $2495.00, but if someone is purchasing a full performance package from us, they will not be paying full price for the exhaust system. Much the same as our V8 Vantage packages.

Total weight savings with stainless throughout I'm not 100% certain yet. The exhaust typically drops close to 30lbs, and the catalysts I believe around 8 or 9lbs. So if we were to see 15 or 20lbs reduction from the manifolds you would be somewhere around 55-60lbs I would guess. I'm waiting for the guys to get back to me with some facts & figures.

Can u or will you offer a option to put some bolt on Primary CATS after the headers,, here is the US,, west coast,, the emissions are a lot stricter and there is NO WAY the car will pass with the Primary cats removed even with secondary's,, so it would be a nice option for US cars to have a option to bolt on a high flow Primary cat before the secondary cats,, which would not kill the performance too much,, maybe 10 % but ensure passage of visual and computer emissions.. and also help with excess noise.. as well...

would be better to alleviate any concerns some customers have.. as an option
thanks

I think it will be very easy to accomplish this. I would not incorporate catalysts into the headers, but if you change the secondary catalysts at the same time, we can offer the secondary cats with O2 sensor locations pre & post catalyst, and then utilize wiring harness extensions to allow the sensors to reach to the new location. The secondary catalysts can be upgraded from the 100 cell units we currently offer to a larger/longer 200 cell unit perhaps.

On the V8 Vantage I have had several customer pass California emissions after fitting our 200 cell units, and that is after eliminating both OEM primary and secondaries.

have secondary cats that are 200 cel already,, in addition to my primaries with O2 sensors and it barely passes, with primaries installed... removing the 400 cell primaries ( 800 cel of scrubbing ) would almost guarantee a fail I would think, with just 2 x 200 cats..

thats going from 2 x 400 cel primaries and 2 x 200 cell secondaries.. for total of 1200 cells scubbing to just 400 cells and increasing the velocity in the exhaust as well w new headers, I would think that would fail almost certainly in US
