Used Aston Martin Vantage (2006 or 2007) or NEW 2014 Corvette?
You only live once...buy the Aston Martin...the car demands respect where ever you go......the Corvette does not.Yes,its cheaper to maintain ,but it will never be a "Super Car"..its a Chevy! I own a Vanquish ,drives & handles like no other and has a style that can't be beat!
The Vette is the girl next door, who on the right night looks almost like a super model. She is a lot of fun and doesn't cost a fortune to take out. Plus she is up for everything.
The Aston Martin Vantage (I had a V8 and currently have a V12) on the other hand IS an actual super model, and while she is pretty easy to live with, she does like to be treated nice and she never goes out in sweats so you have to be careful where you go with her.
She lights up every room, people treat her nicely and think YOU did alright to get her. That's a good thing because her coffee is imported and there's only one guy in town who can cut her hair.
She's too much work, she's no better in bed, but she will age well, she makes you feel important and she listens to everything you say.

I think if I would have chosen the C7, I would have always had second thoughts / regrets when I saw the rare Aston coming down the road. Chosing the Aston allows me to have a big smile as I pass 10 C7s a day knowing I'm driving something special.

After seeing all the colors in person. I thought white looked the best. Guess you agreed. Not quite sure if the black wheels are too much black or not. I did like the "flash black" spoiler and rear view mirrors, which you didn't get, but that doesn't make a ton of difference.
Which interior?
Which interior?
Just to be clear, it's not mine. It belongs to someone I know on Facebook. I saw the pics on FB and posted them here because I thought the car looks very good good, especially in that color scheme. Maybe this will be the generation of Vette that finally breaks the stereotype demographic and its associated stigma. I wouldn't mind one as a daily driver.
So if there's anything to be learned from poor internet forum bickering, it's that GM is attracting a much younger crowd.
If you want to be Johnny Whizkid on your block with an uncertain sexual identity.........buy the vette...........If you want to be known for your class and understated elegance.....buy AM..............Why is this even a question? Are we allowing anyone on this forum now?
DonBond are you actually serious? I am 53 and love the Stingray. I've never said that about any other Vette. It's not some silly little kids toy to be simply disdained by elitists.
