What do we use for the p/s ?

I have the same question... would love to see someone with more knowledge on this subject show us the way!

 

For early Vantages and DB9 it is the Texaco cold climate (you can find it at Land Rover dealers) it changed to Pentosine later, not sur about the year.

 

Thanks, but is "cold climate" a power steering fluid or a ATF fluild. I know in the Porsche world, we use ATF Dextron II or newer to be used in the power steering system. the reservoir has the exact same filer/meter cap which has "ATF " cast on it.

sounds like its a dealer item...... Like the motor oil (Castrol 10-60) which none of the special auto shops seem to carry.

 

the "cold climate" is a power steering fluide only,the bowl is a classiz ZF unit found on lots of car,as said previously you can get the Texaco from any Land Rover dealer under ref STC50519.
