Finally got the the ECU flash from Stuart. It only took 4 days to come and took less than 24hrs for the tune to get emailed to me.

What a difference.

Previously I had Velocity's Filters, Cats and Exhaust installed on the car still felt like it was missing something.

Within the first few minutes you could feel the change. Throttle response was greatly improved, it has much more mid range punch (which is everyone's complaint on the 4.3 cars) and you can feel there is more power throughout the rev range.

Couldnt be happier. To anyone with a V8V with a 4.3 this is a no brain-er. Highly recommend it.

Any actual dyno results with the filters and exhaust? I did the reflash on a completely stock V8V and netted 28Hp to the wheels and about 5tq. I am interested in the addition with the cats at the least!

Unfortunately I never got it on the dyno with just the exhaust and filters. I did do them together before i put the cats on and noticed a small increase but nothing compared to the tune.

I'm hoping to hit the dyno in the spring but I have to have a new clutch installed prior because mine is on its last legs.

cheers.

The car is definitely more lively and fun to drive. I am impressed with the linearity of the increase!

Is there enough of a change in the A/F ratio to notice any improvement in the highway MPG?
