Posted about creating a wiki on the forum in the Mod section and didn't get a response, so I don't think it's going to happen on here. But I've made some good progress on the document (13 pages and growing...)
Once finished I'll see about hosting it for people to download. Maybe if someone's willing and able, we can get it ported into a tablet app or something.
