headlight assembly misadjusted?
headlight assembly misadjusted?
Ive owned the car for 2 years and just noticed that the headlight seems to be out of position vs the fender opening. its sitting too low, like someone sat on the headlight and it moved 1/2" into the fender so its not flush now. anyone know how to remove and re-install the headlight???
Remove the wheel and liner to access the engine airbox for removal. 3 bolts hold it in upward and have aluminum adjustment nuts to set position. You will figure it out with everything out of the way. Although if someone did sit on it, additional damage may have incurred. Bent or broken brackets, hopefully not a broken headlamp.

Forgot I posted this awhile ago
Ok
Just looks like I'm missing something that threads through the gray gear like spacer (that rotates too) and pushes the headlight up into the fender opening
can someone please give me some advice here.... i have a piled up napkin spacing the headlight in position now.... eventually it will fall out and the light will have no frontal connnection. how or what is usually there. does Aston Bits have the part too if it is a thing i can buy?
Little help... are you guys telling me noone knows how the headlight is installed and what that forward piece looks like or where to get one? i have a crumpled up napkin holding up my headlight on my Aston martin! this is not right!!

how do you put it in.... doesn't look like there is a lot of room to reach anything. just the fender liner removed upfront and that gives enough access?
