Front: 09.8780.21 (355mm for 06-12 Vantage and DB9)
Rear: 09.8781.21 (330mm for 06-12 Vantage and DB9)
Bumping this thread while doing some aftermarket part hunting, thanks Kalepsis for the part numbers. Thought I would save and share the rotor measurements off Brembo's website if anyone wants to bargain hunt to avoid the Aston tax.
Spec/Front (mm)/Rear (mm)
Hat ID: 164/160
Hat OD (stock cast iron): 176/172
Rotor OD: 355/330
Rotor ID: 226/222
Thickness: 32/28
Hat face thickness: 6.5/6.5
Total height (stock cast iron): 52.5/46.5
Height from far rotor face to hub: 46/40
Height from near rotor face to hub: 14/12
Hat offset (to center of rotor): 30/26
Rotor vent thickness: 12/8
Min thickness: 30/26 (aka 2mm wear)
Center bore: 71/71

Mass: 12.3kg front/9.6kg rear

Note that the Wilwood kit has 9.0"=228.6mm ID on the rotor which is greater than the 226 stock, and uses a 8.25" rotor bolt circle diameter with what appears to be "fixed" style mounts instead of "dynamic".
