I hate to pee on a car that I've always wanted, and have been rebuilding since last Christmas, but I am underwhelmed by the fit/finish of what is unseen by the likely owner. I dropped my manifold brace and center & x braces off to be powder coated in blue to match my calipers... We'll see, we'll see.

I originally anodised the engine braces but they are made of a mishmash of alloys blended together so came out blotchy, then I powder coated them and the coating was brittle so the surface finish fractured, even when using washers under the bolt heads so I finally went with a simple satin black from a rattle can.
My daughters use NV Coating in Herndon, VA. I thought I would take the plunge and get the intake cover, and the cowl braces done in blue. Turned out nice, and satisfied my need to pimp a bit:
