ONE Pro Cycling - You excited?

One Pro Cycling team in UK has Aston Martin as its title sponsor. Looks like some cool kit will be coming out. So far, the designs look better than what Aston Martin Racing has sold.

Anyone here into cycling or the Pro Tour? I have been into cycling for over 30 years. I have a soccer build, but cycling passion. No long play soccer much, but still a semi avid cyclist.

I rode & raced here in Australia & overseas and have been to the TDF & Giro

cycling is a wonderful sport - it gives you freedom, thrills, challenges & fitness as well as builds bonds of friendship

about 4 years ago i hit some oil on a drizzly morning & broke my femur so decided that it was time for a change - but still interested

I dont know what level One Pro is or who is on their roster but having AM behind them is fairly impressive

will follow with interest

Did you race in the Giro & TdF or view as spectator?

I wonder if they'll use the AM bicycles or Storck like last season? It looks like they may be using AM bikes.

Slightly off topic. But bloody hell....what is THAT blue on the V8? Gorgeous.

my racing was definitely not at that level - just amateur masters racing & state championship competition

so Giro & TDF both as spectator on a few occasions - great theatre & experience

had a custom bike built by Dave Anderson in Oakdale, MN

Thanks. It's a midnight blue metallic. Just traded that car in on a Onyx Black Rapide. I like the midnight blue metallic more on the Vantage than I do the Rapide. The black on the Rapide really makes it look more coupe like.

Is that lugged titanium? Not familiar with that builder. My frame if a Pegoretti in aluminum. I am also big on Campy...

My Look fits nicely in the trunk of my Aston.

Made it up Mt. Washington in NH on my bike, not the Aston... in 2015 & 2016.

no full polished stainless

I had ridden carbon for years & have a fully chromed 1968 Schwinn US Mexico olympics team bike & it is such a beautiful ride I thought I'd source a custom SS bike - found Dave & he did a fantastic job - could not recommend anyone more highly

Oh neat. I have been thinking of stainless for my next bike. I see a few builder using it.
