Bridgestone S007A

I just ordered a set of Bridgestone S007A for my '07 V8V. Has anyone tried them yet? There are no reviews online.

DB11 has the Potenza S007 as OEM not sure whats changed with the added A on the end. Everything I have read sounds positive for the S007A. New tires always make a vehicle feel better.

At least the "007" sounds great for an Aston...

Looking ahead for your review. What have you driven up to now on your Vantage?

As I bought it, equipped with Bridgestone RE050's which are awful in my opinion. I have Sport Cup 2's on my Turbo and Pilot Super Sports on the CTS-V. I wanted to buy some Pilot Super Sports for the V8V, but it appears they are now unavailable. I thought I would take a flyer on the S007A's as they are super inexpensive and the tread pattern looks suspiciously like the Pilot Super Sport. They were just $858.00 for the set delivered. I will post how they feel after a couple hundred miles. My Vantage is my daily driver so it won't take too long.

For less than $1k your golden on tires. Pulling off the ancient RE050's you will enjoy a whole new car.

Just ordered Pilot Sport 4S’s from Tire Rack. Hope to have mounted prior to weekend trip to Virginia Beach.

Put a little over 500 miles on the Pilot Sport 4S’s this weekend - mostly interstate miles. My car had the (I think) original tires installed when I bought it a couple months ago, and I was wondering if the stiff and somewhat uncomfortable ride was the tires or a characteristic of the car. Happy to discover it was the tires. Such an improvement in handling, road noise, steering feel, and braking. Like driving a new car...

S007A's Lime Creek Road Austin, TX

I have been so busy at work I didn't have a chance to really check out the new tires. I don't think I put 40 miles on them until Friday night. I left Houston for Austin for the weekend. Great tires on the highway, quiet, the ride has greatly improved and they felt rock solid in high speed sweepers. There were several short bursts to higher speeds, it was an enjoyable ride. Saturday I took a little ride on Lime Creek Road which is close to my Austin home and has become my favorite local road. I think these tires are spectacular. I started out with the traction control on and shut it off after just a couple of miles, what a party! I went home and grabbed my wife's CTS-V with Michelin Pilot Super Sports and did the same run. The Cadillac is tons faster in the straights and is brilliant in the corners, but I had more fun in the Vantage. I can absolutely recommend the S007A Bridgestone.
