im sick of my aston starting slow . the aston martin V8 should have a fast starter sound. the mercedes e320 uses the same battery i think and you can get one at the car parts place (oreilys) for $130. are there any things special about our batteries? just a size 49...... PN.. 49PRM-SSB????

you guys are too late. just used the cheapy from pep-boys..... runs great. 10 more hp and 1.5 lbs lighter. what a PAIN to put in .not 1.5 hours as suggested, but a solid 35 mins of swearing

 

get an eight pack of 1.5v AAA's and connect them in series. a buck at dollar tree.
