Has anyone have issues contacting Rich? I’ve tried emailing him at rich@redpants.lol and PMing him but no response.

I gave Rich a heads up on this threat but he is tight up in an training this week.

He will respond when he has a chance.

I don't do FB.(NSA is watching) I too have asked about the exterior lighting package and no response. I've done business with Rich before and had no issues. Hope this gets straightened out.

One difference between the two is Stuart is full time working VAP, while Rich is not. Rich has a day job and does Redpants after and on the side. So there is going to be a delay at times. Rich means well and will take care of you, he is just likely swamped due to taking vacations recently. He will get back to you I am sure.

I just ordered parts from Rich about a week ago and received them yesterday. He was a bit slow to respond to the emails but he did get back to me and fulfilled everything in a timely fashion. He did mention he's super busy and it is causing his tardiness in responding. I ultimately did reach him through the Redpants.lol email.

Guys, give Rich the benefit of the doubt. AFAIK Stuart works fulltime at Velocity. Rich, on the other hand, has a full time job that helps fund his part time RedPants venture.
As someone who worked as a Military Contracter its not unusual that you are required to travel to unknown parts of the world at a moments notice.

The business platform for FB is very clunky and usually doesn't load properly on one of the computers I use. I also have people that communicate on both interchangeably and having to jump between messages on FB and emails they've sent me to keep up with the conversation is extremely difficult. So I've asked that people email me so I can keep things slightly more sorted.
