More harm would occur by removing/replacing parts. I guarantee it. Get in there with a fine point sharpie and dab at them. Take the 1200. Do NOT disassemble!

This! Exact same thing happened to me, tried to get windshield tinted, installer scratched the same exact piece. All i got out of it was the side windows tinted for free, still paid for the rear to be tinted! I thought the piece was leather not plastic so actually kinda glad to hear it can be fixed. Bothered the hell out of me for quite some time, still kinda does when I walk by and notice it but ,ost of the time though I dont even notice it. Just get in and enjoy the car! These cars are older and I think a disassembly of this degree will certainly do more harm.

Same happened to me, after a tint removal I noticed the scratches a few days after but I had no idea if the scratches were pre-existing from the previous owner(s) or not.
So I used a long q-tip dipped in black paint to touch up my scratches, it's incredibly tight up there.
I consider this a temp fix for now, as it's not the best color match but much better then seeing the white scratches.

a102768 is infamous around these parts
I had the windscreen replaced on my Virage a couple of years ago and they put a zigzag scratch on that piece while doing it. I only noticed a few days later and when I took it back they denied doing it.

I have touched it up with a permanent marker pen to make it less obvious but keep meaning to take it to one of the interior repair specialists who are wizards at fixing interior blemishes as that should be an easy fix for them.

The Virage had a bad 2 inch scratch on the console cubbyhole lid when I bought the car and my go to specialist repaired it back to 100% using filler and leather paint. They have done a number of other jobs on my previous cars as well.
