Rotors for 2007 V8V

Hey guys, am I missing something here?

Brembo's european site shows part number 09.8780.21 being a direct replacement for the front rotors on early V8 Vantages, plus the dimensions of 355mm/32mm seem to match the OEM. With 09.8781.21 for the rear.

While, Brembo doesn't seem to officially sell these in the US I did find one source with pricing at $240 for a pair (similar to UK pricing)

Does anybody have any experience with these or know why they wouldn't work?

For those of you in the US I wanted to update this thread and let you know that these rotors are a perfect fit for early V8 Vantages (4 piston front caliper), include replacement rotor screws, and were about half the price of ordering in the US from someone like Scuderia.

I ordered a set from BuyCarParts.co.uk which is really a company called Autodoc out of Germany but there other sites with similar pricing. For some reason they insist on actually calling you and having you reconfirm the order over the phone, but other than that it was a smooth process and rotors arrived in about 10 days. They were about $75 a rotor, so with the $100 shipping I only paid $400 for all four corners.

Eric997 will become famous soon enough
Good to know. Thanks for the info!

Note you can get the Brembo rotors from Scuderia parts for about $480 for all 4 corners including shipping and taxes. I just priced them for the 4.3L V8V.

That's good to know. When I was looking earlier in the year they only sold the OEM rotor, good to see they carry the Brembo now too.

LanceGT4 is an unknown quantity at this point
I ordered the rotors from Scuderia Car Parts 2 weeks ago. Delivered in 6 days to western Washington. 101 pounds in 2 packages. There was no extra protection on the packing and one box was smashed open and the retaining screws were missing. Other than that they look good to go after cleaning the rust protection off.
My Vantage is a 2009 sportshift 4.7
Much as I wanted the brake upgrade from Redpants web site I had to go with these for the price. But I'll be ordering Redfield pads soon from him. EBC's are still squealing some after 3000+ miles on the old rotors
