V8V start up default?

Does the Vantage or all AMs start up with the Navigation selected as default? I have to push the button every time to use steering wheel controls for stereo.

PK_Vantage is infamous around these parts
No. Mine ('14 V8V 6speed) starts up with what I left on prior to shutdown. That is FM stays FM or I-Pod remains i-Pod.

No - do you close the display before shutting down?

Mine defaults to whatever way it was on the last journey.

My 2011 V8V S was doing that also. Every time that I started the car, the nav screen would open.
The answer is to push in on the nav button and then hit the "back" button. The screen will stay down
until you want to use the nav again

Ok. I also found out if you hold in the nav button to turn it off the screen folds down until used for reverse. When you turn on the vehicle it will default to whatever you had it on last which is usually the radio or something.
