09+ Manual

Questions:
1- Is the jump from 09 to the facelift in 11 worth it (meaning was the interior and engine changed enough or was it mostly the exterior?)
2- The obvious question of MT vs sport shift. Better to go with an 09 manual or ok to go for '11 with sport shift?

thanks a bunch !
The sport shift 2 isn’t too bad, but I wouldn’t get an earlier model. I think the manual will hold its value much better. Get a manual. 09 has a beautiful waterfall dash that is a vast improvement over the earlier models. There is something special about inserting the sapphire key (emotional control unit) and hearing the engine roar. 08 and earlier has a cheap Volvo key. If you just want a driver, nothing wrong with a pre 08 roadster. Insane used value. But I think I’d pay more for an 09 and newer.
