Side mirrors move out of place
Side mirrors move out of place
I noticed after I lock and unlock the car (the mirror fold and unfold) sometimes the mirror won’t be in the place I left it. It moves a bit. Does that happen with you?
mine those that every once in a while (2009 Vantage), I think it might be the door module that is on its way out as something I push on the door lock on the fob several time before they actually lock. When I first press it lock but unlock right away for 2 or 3 times sometimes before actually locking and like you every once in a while I notice the mirror move when I unlock the car.
Mine do this as well.
It seems to be related to locking / unlocking the car. The mirrors don't return to their previous setting. At first I thought this was something related to using different keys and settings being assigned to each key, but after careful testing, it is just random. I've got a 2012V8V

Same here but only my passenger mirror moves to the outside.
Not all the time, every 10-15 times unlocking the car.
I caught the mirror moving to the outside at one point and went to the Aston Martin dealer since this was during the warranty time.
They reported that they were not able to reproduce the problem but replaced my controls. That didn't help but I just move the mirror back at this point.
