Velocity AP tuning Issues

Hi, I have just flash tuned my Vantage with AP and I keep reviving a ENGINE SYSTEM SERVICE WARNING as soon as I start car. Car also in limp mode.... have tried re flashing twice also re starting engine 10 plus times with no luck...
Has anyone had this problem and knows a fix? Thanks

Recently my DB9 got this message plus 15 more ... suspected aging battery and replaced it. All 16 error messages disappeared and I drove the car 500+ miles after that without any issues. You might want to check battery.
