Fuse Help

2 days ago my overhead interior lights stopped coming on when I open the doors, unlock the car or hit the approach button on the key (Map, Footwell and trunk). Red door lights still work fine. Fuse #47 was fine, replaced it anyway.
Oddly the interior lights work fine using the dash control buttons.
At the same time both driver and passenger seats stopped working. Lumbar and heater work on both.
Memory buttons work fine for side view mirrors, however seats do not adjust.

So is there one fuse that would affect both seats and the overhead lights, with out effecting the red door lights?

Most likely unrelated, but I did install the TPMS bypass from redpants the same day. Perhaps I knocked something loose? Thanks!

With any weird electrical problem in an Aston Martin, you always start with the battery before chasing dead ends. How old is your battery? And according to some people here you can buy a new one for less than $200 (Duracell AGM) just do a search. Good luck

The TPMS Defeat only touches the wiring for the TPMS so it wouldn't affect anything else.

Do the seats adjust in ANY direction? Can you only move one direction and no others? (Did you try one direction and realized that direction wasn't working, or did you try all directions and none worked?)
Both seats stopped at the same time. Lumbar and heater work. ***** on the panel with the memory switch work. The memory switch itself works as the side view mirrors work. So it;s got to be power to the seat motors, not the controller IMO.

I did not think the TPMS bypass was the issue, just curious if I could have pulled another wire or connection loose whilst fiddling around behind the monitor.

Today I have some time and will check every fuse in the block while I have my tester out. Then pull the workshop manual to trace power to the seats. It's just odd both seats would go at once since they have separate fuses (F84&85), not to mention the lighting dropping out at the same time.

Start by checking how old is your battery first, it will save you lots of headache for sure

Will do. Everything else seems fine, plenty of power to start, run headlights etc. Was thinking of getting the light weight battery from Rich anyway.

Yeah I know what you mean, the battery seems fine but it is the root of a lot of issues on those Aston Martin... If you have a trickle charger leave it over night and see if that makes any difference.... good luck

Battery new March 2019, put it on my charger, tested fine.
Checked fuse 84,85 both good. 86 good. 45 good.

Looking at shop manual to see where both seat controls and interior lights would cross. Again, map lights work with dash buttons, so I think it's more to do with the circuit that is activated by the key or door opening? Still perplexed.

Checked behind TPMS to see if I knocked any wires loose, nothing.

Well this doesn't help... F43, F44, F45, F43 again...., F46, F47
So are F46 and up labeled wrong on the workshop manual diagram?

And...FIXED!!!

So fuse 47 not only runs the lights but the control circuit for the seats, but not the seat memory as the side view mirrors still returned to program.
Had 2 things going against me on such a simple task.
1. The fuse numbers molded into the fuse panel itself were not even close to the correct numbers. The modled in number showed the last position to the left as F47, yet the WSM diagram shows it as F64 (Actually F65...)
2. The workshop manual showed F47 as 6 over from the right. However due to having 2 x #F43 on the diagram, it was actually 5 over from the right, 6.

Rooting around under my DB9, I've been amazed at the corrosion at the various ground points on the vehicle. I've been cleaning them up as I reinstall the wiring. Some of your troubles could be bad grounds... (Or not!)
