The WOW factor....

It's really sad, imo. A car is supposed to have that WOW factor. The new Vantage simply does not impart that I must have one of those feelings. I typically don't keep a car beyond 5 years, but the new Vantage is simply not calling me like my current Vantage V8S did.

It's a shame really because I've always loved the brand.

Oh well, just a thought.

I’m liking the new look... so I’m reserving my assessment until I drive the manual.

The new Vantage has grown on me over time, but it did take a while. Hopefully the new grill and refresh will add more of the WOW experience.

It seems AM has heard our cries now that the manual and traditional grill are back.

Let's ask for a better interior and dual clutch transmission and see what they do next!

I have one and I love it! Far more exciting to me than my Porsche turbo s. It’s an event everytime. The p is faster sure, but compared to the Aston it’s much less fun.

The new grill is an improvement. Now, if we can just do something about those Miata headlights.

Yes, changing those lights to a better shape and changing the hood lines to a more seamless design would be even better! Give us the DB10!!

I say WOW when I go out to the garage and see and drive my 2009 vantage. I say WOW when I blow the doors off porsches with my AMG wagon... my next WOW will likely be a McLaren and not the new vantage... to much compromise on the new one...

What about the Ferrari Roma - essentially the next Gen Vantage with a Ferrari badge?

That car has got an ugly *** grill too and is more of a GT I think, I'm sure it will sell like hotcakes though

600+ HP - open the hood and you see the red Ferrari Engine - all digital including passenger has their own panel - MSRP $220K same as the lime green V8 Vantage they have for sale at Morries Aston Martin - such a deal! Aston has to get their act together to compete.

A Ferrari is a Ferrari. Cant argue with that. But I disagree on wow factor. I get more thumbs up and people mobbing me with my Zaffre Blue Vantage than I did with my Silver R8 and that thing had full carbon aero. Looked like a space ship.

R8 is not a looker, so it isn’t much to say the new Vantage gets more approval. Let’s face the facts, the new Vantage is today’s Edsel.
