200 cell cats -question
about month ago i installed headers, 200 cell cats, and AP tune.
what a difference car runs amazing ! my question is.. i did an OBD2 check yesterday
just for the heck of it. the cell light is not on and has"nt come on at all, i have no trouble codes
or pending codes, but the catalyst module is inconclusive, it has been this way
for since install, is this normal or should it complete the check as it does with
factory cats ? ive driven many miles and tried various drive cycles to complete the cat test to no avail
any advice would be appreciated

This is normal. The way most of the 200 cell cats designed allows the factory O2 sensors to work as if it was stock, in terms of the readings. I think redpants has a good video explaining this on youtube. So technically even without a tune there would be no CEL and you would pass emissions tests.

This is one of my customers, that failed smog yesterday. He had his catalyst replaced in December 2019, by dealer. Truck failed because of the Catalyst monitor not ready. Most likely he didn't do proper drive cycle. Notice there are no trouble codes.
heres the pdf document velocityAP sent me to make everything ready, in Nevada at least you can have up to 2 things "not ready" and still pass smog
in california you have to have all things ready except for the EVAP monitor, which is the only thing allowed to be "not ready"
no clue about Canada

Here is AM’s drive cycle w/o the evap monitor part. Here in NC you can pass emissions with one incomplete monitor. It is also possible to recode the car so that it always shows no codes, no mil and all monitors complete. This of course is for “track use” only
I ran my 2011 V8V S through Ohio's smog test on Wednesday. Car has AP tune, 200 cell cats, and AP dual disc clutch. Zipped right through. For those in Ohio, E-check has a self service lane available so that you don't have
